In terms of video making skills, I would say this is generally good. Nice use of video and text effects. And I like the background music too. The content is straightforward - it tells us what HELP provides. But perhaps creativity with words and structure would give the video the extra oomph to hold one's attention as I realised that while watching the video, my attention deviated a number of times.
